Hard to explain to myself that I've been off nicotine for almost 2 weeks now , it doesn't feel like I am. This stuff literally feels like that burn , itch , pain we crave in our upper lips. Never tried any others and it doesn't taste anything special but it does the trick. Would actually be interested in knowing what causes that burn because it's too close to the real thing , like a lip hit without the indigestion or sick feeling of too much niccy. Hope this helps
